Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, launches, or promotional campaigns, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been dispatched. -
Shipping Options & Costs
We offer both standard and express delivery methods to suit your needs:

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your destination:

Domestic (within the same country): 3–7 business days.

International (outside the country of origin): 7–20 business days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, local postal delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package in real time until it arrives at your address. -
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in Glossier’s product or shipping prices. -
Delivery Restrictions
We currently deliver to most countries worldwide. However, certain regions may be excluded due to local regulations, courier limitations, or political restrictions. If your country is not listed at checkout, unfortunately, we cannot deliver there at this time. -
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, absence at the delivery location, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery.
